Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It will take three things, basically.

First, diet. Make sure you're getting a balanced diet, eat regularly, and count calories if you have a tendency to gain.

Second, exercise. Stay active. Running or swimming would be a good individual exercise but you might also try active sports such as basketball or football if you can get some pickup games. Volleyball, if played intensely, is also good.

Third, lifestyle choices such as getting the right kind of rest. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and try to make them the same hours. This will help your energy during the hours you are awake.

You should also see a doctor to determine whether you have any special medical concerns that should be factored in. Most teenagers don't have them.

I am assuming you are male, but the same general guidelines work for both males and females.

Make sure that losing weight is something you really need to do. Many teens, especially girls, see themselves as overweight when they aren't.

Many teenagers who say they need to lose weight don't really need to. See a practice nurse and if they confirm you are overweight they will suggest a diet/lifestyle change in the first instance.

Radical weight loss diets don't work!!!

5 fruit and veg eating small but often - low fat food and EXERCISE - make it enjoyable, get friends to join in, it doesn't have to be tedious and boring find something you enjoy.

Life is too short to worry about a little increase in weight, but if it is causing a problem, or has the potential to cause a problem with your physical health that is different.

You should put her on a heatlyh diet and have her take vitamins because when your a teenager its bad to be on a diet because they are growing. So if you put her on a very healthy diet an have her exercise 3-5 times a week for about 20-30 minutes, she should loose weight gradually. I would talk to a dietitian for more information.

Ummmm....last I checked, my doctor told me that teenagers shouldn't be concentrating on losing weight, you will eventually grow up to fit into those few extra pounds. And if for some reason, you have to lose weight, watch what you eat and exercise frequently. At least 30 to 90 minutes per day even if it is jump roping or swimming.

As a teen I strongly recommend that you only lose weight under supervision using a reputable diet plan which affords regular intervention by a supervisor. This is important because a) as a teen you are more than likely still growing so unsupervised weight loss plans are likely to inhibit your growth; and b) you are laying down the skeletal foundation that will serve you for the rest of your life right now and it is critical that your diet contains enough nutrients for you to build strong bones and teeth that will serve you for the duration. Although your bones renew themselves constantly, if you stint on key nutrients (such as calcium) right now, you will not build strong bones and will more than likely develop brittle bones when you get older.

Weightwatchers is one of the best diets out there. When my own teen had puppy fat when he was younger, we went on the Weightwatchers plan together. He lost the weight (about 20lbs) but I took the judgement that he was losing weight too quickly and was able to adjust his eating plan to ensure that he ate extra portions of cheese, milk, fish and yoghurt as well as fruit so that his skeletal growth was not compromised.

That said, he still lost all his excess within 4 weeks and today he is a hardbodied 19 year old and is 6ft 2in tall.

oh, don;t worry. All you have to do is eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at night. And remember to always drink water every 2-3 hours. Lessen your intake of sweets and softdrinks as well as fatty food and spicy ones, too.
I hope this will help because I am on a diet, too. And for a month I lose weight by 10 kilos already ;)

All the other answers are right on. I can only add this, goes for everyone no matter what your age. DRINK MORE WATER!! I am almost 60 and about a year ago I made myself start drinking at least 8 glasses a day and it not only helped with loosing weight I have more energy I am more flexable and a better out look on life. You really need at least that much water every day!!

Your teens are a great time to develop healthy eating and excercise habits. Find an activity you enjoy that you can stick with. Try some out. There are so many to chose from: martial arts, dance, team sports, hiking, mountain and street bike-riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, snowboarding, skiing, frisbee golf etc. BE ACTIVE!

Ask your doctor about healthy eating. It's not too early to learn how fun it is to cook good, healthy foods for yourself. If your parents don't know how to eat right, maybe you can inspire them too. Check out the food pyramid and make sure you are eating a balanced meal. Avoid prepared/fast-food and sugar. You can start great habits now.

Best wishes. Take care.
