SUPRISE! The third world war is already here! It's called the war against the Islamic Fascists!
World War - A world war is a military conflict affecting the majority of the world's countries. World wars usually span multiple continents, and are very bloody and destructive.
I would say that the current world situation fits the above definition - wouldn't you? You will never hear this war called WWIII in the news - nor will you hear it called a "religious war" - but it is. It's the religion of the extremist Islamic Fascists VS all other religions. Don't believe it? Have a look at the Quran and you will find passages that state that Islam is the ONLY true religion, and that believers of other religions MUST be converted.

The impact of the war with Iraq is causing the controversy with oil & gas. The prices are way to outragious. I can't really say for certain what will cause the next world war. Some might say we are already in WWIII however I believe we are not. World Wars require more than two countries to fight. Yea, we have other countries backing us up but they are not out there fighting with us now, when they do we can claim it WWIII

North Korea. Poor nation with nothing to lose, everything to gain. I see them using the United States' "bullying" tactics as an excuse to go to war. They've done everything to openly provoke a conflict with us. I think Venezuela is a close second. Chavez is insane.

the subsequent international conflict may be the astounding. it may commence with favourite guns, even though it gained't stay that way. once NKorea or Iran commence dropping, they are going to lob a nuke. If it kills human beings, we will lob some lower back. If cooler heads be triumphant at that element, the difficulty may be salvaged, yet when not that'll be the start of the top. i don't believe of it is going to likely be quickly, yet NKorea and Iran having nukes particular hastens issues.
