If you are a buyer on ebay - it should say on your "my ebay" page what you have bought and what you have paid for. You should also get an email from ebay saying that you have won the item and then another confirmation email saying that you have paid.
If it doesnt tell you on "my ebay" then you will need to use the customise link to add the "My Wins" section to your page although I think its there automatically.
