AFTER, or else you'll get cramps. Excercising first also boosts your metabolism so you'll digest your breakfast more efficiently.

This all depends on what time in the morning you are gonna work out. If you can eat breakfast an hour before working out do that. If not, then grab some energy bar, a banana, or an orange to give your body some energy. Be sure to have plenty of water with you during your workout so you wont get dehydrated. Then you have breakfast after which should be filled with things that can replace all those nutrients and energy lost in the workout. I suggest a breakfast with eggs, milk, orange juice and some other starch such as whole grain bread, potatoes. A protein shake is also helpful directly after your workout.
Hope this helps.

I would eat a very small breakfast, maybe a small muffin or half a bagel and milk or juice (about a cup) Then after my workout, I would have a piece of fruit. I think it's always better to fuel up before you work out.

Eat 30 mins prior. Try dry toast, a half a piece of fruit and green tea. Drink lots of water during your workout. Then finish your fruit and more water about 20 mins after.

You should eat a little something to fuel your workout, like a granola bar and a piece of fruit. Then, eat breakfast afterwards.

I eat right after my workout. It helps me burn more fat during the workout. I stick to lean protein for my after workout meal with some complex carbs (like egg whites with whole wheat toast).
It helps replenish my body and feeds the muscles.

I'm not sure whats healthier but i always eat after because your metabolism is up higher... i'm ususally not hungry when i wake up.. if i wake up hungry then, of course, i'll eat before i work out. If you eat before make it small and healthy so your not working out with a full stomach.
