I'm no biblical scholar, but from the Republican rhetoric I'm sure the bible must be replete with examples of where Jesus resolved threats by blowing people up or shooting at them. And I have it on good authority (Jerry Falwell) that 9/11 (which started this whole mess) was the Lord's punishment upon us for giving women dominion over their own bodies and allowing consenting horny little boys to play with other consenting horny little boys

The Lord Jesus Christ gave all men the ability to choose their actions. He has not to do with the war in Iraq. There is a judgment day for all men who have not trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ and what He done on the cross for all men. He died for our sins He was buried and took our sins away and He rose again the third day for our justification. Revelation 20: 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. Revelation 20: 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Revelation 20: 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20: 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I do not believe Jesus is in the stands cheering Bush on, but I think that the higher power influences us all, everything happens for a reason, could be part of a much bigger plan.

If the Second Coming happened tomorrow, my money would be on Him turning up to hang out with the inmates in Guantanamo bay, not at Bush's ranch.

I can't speak for Jesus Christ, so I can't really answer your question. But I think he'd prefer that there weren't wars and bloodshed on this earth and that we could all love each other as He loves us.

As Christians we are taught in scripture to be subject to those that have rule over us. God placed him in that position and Pres Bush will answer to the Lord for the decisions that he makes.
I think that we need to pray for him and our country daily. That the Lord will guide him in the decisions he makes for our country. Also pray for the house and senate.

By the way,
.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR PRESIDENT!!!

If anyone tells you He does......I think they are delusional. I think if Jesus met Bush he would finally find someone he doesn't like much.
