i just started to ride the bus,cause my car broke down,and there are a few ladies that i whould like to talk to,but don't quite no how to do it without feeling foolish,or tounge tied,any advice whould be very helpful...Also at the library,i want to approach people there to,but don't quite know how...it must be fear,i don't know

I can tell you that I think the guy who is brave enough to make a first move is worth a conversation. I get many looks and stares but very few are brave enough to come over and say hello.
Just start with a nice conversation. Believe it or not, we love compliments... you will not sound like a pervert! Compliment her on her hair or cloths. And then take it from there. If shes cold... shes not worth it.

but then if i say hi and say how are u doing?
and she replies fine and u , then i have gained a friend
at the library
the same applies
and make them feel important
they would melt like ice
but dont go around doing that to everyone
they would soon notice thats how u are and wouldnt mind u

once a cute guy on the train sat down next to me and asked me if i wanted to read his paper. Then he asked if i had an extra piece of gum. So we started talking & sitting together every day.
It doesn't take much, remember us girls on the buses and trains are BORED!
