any cheese that isn't growing stuff (either involuntarily - like 3 yr old, back of the fridge stuff) or growing stuff on purpose (like blue cheese)
Anything else, yup it's all good - for some reason when i eat cheese on its own, i sweat - don't know why...

I love mozzarella, I love it on pizza, I love it as string cheese, I like to put in on turkey sandwiches, in pasta, lasagna, breaded and deep fried and dipped in marinara!
