What is the best material to make sachets out of?

I want to make a sachet to put my herbs in anyone have any suggestions please

Use natural cotton, with a loose weave.
It'll allow the herbs to exude the aroma much easier.
Synthetic material give an off-chemical odor and might interfere with the natural herb scent.
Your local fabric shop should be able to help you.
