Is this a kind of joke, because you asked for the prayer only 25 minutes ago. and by the way prayer may be that he has the dignity and the faith to accept his diagnosis and not necessarily for him to get a cure.

I prayed for God's will to be done, for your family to be strong in their time of need, for him to experience no pain, and for you to find peace if your father was to pass away.
I didn't pray for God to heal him because that may not be in God's plan.
