I have a show quality dog that has been spayed, can I enter her in a dog show?

AKC conformation shows do not allow altered dogs to compete (except in a few specialty classes like Veterans). Altered dogs CAN compete in obedience, agility, tracking, and I think a few other events.

Once they have been spayed or neutered they can't be entered in AKC conformation (breed) shows, but they can still be entered in the obedience trials which are a lot more fun!

In a conformation show thay have to be intact. The whole purpose is to have breeding stock evaluated, or at least its supposed to be.
You can show in obedience,agility, or rally wirh an altered dog though.

NO,conformation is for evaluating BREEDING STOCK!
All other events-depending on the breed-such as obedience,earthdog,herding,field trials,lure coursing,etc.,etc. CAN be entered by altered dogs!!

Depends where and how seriously you want to show your dog!Show dogs are supposed to be breeding stock and therefore are entire individuals.
If you want to show your dog just locally,then yes.

You can't enter her in any big time dog shows, like, AKC, UKC, CKC, or anything like that. but u can enter her in little local ones.

If you want to show your dog with AKC no you can't. But I think if you show with APRI it is ok.?
