Everyone has a way of expressing themselves and there is nothing to worry about. When i am sad or mad, I do cry and to express myself more, I actually write poems about it. I have a lot of them now and I actually got some published. So, you see now, everything happens for a reason and nothing before it's time. When you're in that situation again just repeat this, "These things happens." Have a great day.

ask the doctor...
I personally cry when I am mad and when I am sad ohh and you should see me when I'm happy.
I don't take any pills for it though because I don't have depressed or negative feelings toward my waterfall-like emotions.
But if it's bothersome to you, Talk to your doctor, I'm sure there is a pill for that :)
But people take pills for every little thing now, and the side effects for mood altering medication are usually worse than, say....a tear stained shirt.
Good luck with whatever you choose.

Most mammals will produce tears in response to extreme pain or other stimuli, but crying as an emotional reaction is considered by many to be a uniquely human phenomenon, possibly due to humans' advanced self-awareness. Some studies suggest that elephants and gorillas may cry as well.
In nearly all cultures, crying is seen as a specific act associated with tears trickling down the cheeks and accompanied by characteristic sobbing sounds. Emotional triggers are most often anger and grief, but crying can also be triggered by sadness, joy, fear, humor, etc.
In many cultures, crying is associated with babies and children. Some cultures consider crying to be undignified and infantile, casting aspersion on those who cry publicly. In most western cultures, it is more socially acceptable for women to cry in public than men, but this is certainly not true for all human cultures.
An insincere display of grief or dishonest remorse is called crocodile tears, from the ancient anecdote that crocodiles would pretend to weep in order to lure prey

It's actually a clinical sign of depression or more specifically manic depression (Bi-Polar Disorder). It's simply a chemical imbalance that can be triggered by many of life's events. There is medication that can help as well as counseling and sometimes, it resolves over time, either way you should see your doctor and tell him/her what you told us.
Good luck

You cry because of your emotions, you can't really control it... but you can start it if you think of sad things. You can also hold the tears in, but later you'll probably break down.

Hello Darling.
What you say denotes that you are depressed as you told yourself. don't worry at all please, because sometimes it may happen for every one specially for girls.
So, what I can advise you is:
Depression is not a simple diseases, it is too complicated. If you don't go for a treatment, it may pull you to the side of Schizophrenia which is very dangerous.
Of course you should not worry at all in this stage, but, please refer to an experienced Psychologist as soon as possible, and obey his/her treatments and advices for a while.
God bless you. I wish your healthy.
