I am going to be at home every day this summer without any thing to do. I just want lose about 8 pounds before school starts again.just tell me about things i could do at home that would work.

Aerobics, dancing. Replace junk food with healthy snacks like fruit and veggies. Cut back on the soda. Drink plenty of water, especially when working out. Housework will not only help you burn but keeps you busy and lessons the cravings.

Eat a lot of fiber and drink a ton of water. That'll keep you feeling full so you won't each as much. Try and cut down on the sweets, as well. Excersing also helps a lot.

You might try an easy to follow diet. The South Beach Diet is a good one that is easy to follow, and doesn't require you to change your normal diet too much. You don't even have to exercise.

You could take walks in the neighborhood, do some crunches, situps and pushups. Or just crank up some music and dance around the house.

reduce calorie intake, get off your butt from in front of the computer asking/answering Y!A, get an exercise DVD and exercise.
