I am dating this guy that lives 2 1/2 or 3 hours away. He is the sweetest guy in the world. I love him to death. He has sent me pictures of him and I've even got his mom to send me a picture of him without him knowing and she did(Just to make sure it was him, and it was) He treats me right in every single way there is to treat a girl and we love each other very much! My mom does not approve of this because we've never met before but she also will not give him a chance to come see me. I want her to meet him and I want to be able to hold him in my arms..ya know? I have a sweet sixteen coming up next wednesday and he's suppose to be coming. My mom said it was alright but I'm nervous because it will be the first time I've met him in a year! And plus my mom ALWAYS finds ways to embarass me and if she don't like him then she's going to be a real pain and ruin my birthday! What should I do?

Always becareful of who you become intimate with. You're young and have plenty of time to share your love with others. If you get hurt now at this age, don't let it ruin you and your chances at love in the future.

Well i think that is good that you are finally getting to meet him. But you better make sure that it is not going to be one of those killers.You don't know if his mom realyl did send those pics. I would really MAKE SURE THAT IS REALLY HIM B4 YOU DO THIS!!!Plus it is going to be hard when he leaves to go back home. But since you are turning 16 and getting ready ot get your own car and be able to drive maybe yall can meet half way and see each other every weekend or something. That is going to be kinda hard that he lives that far away. Well good luck and hope everything god well at you party. By the way HAPPY SWEET 16!!!!

At fifteen I would keep it cool with relationships concerning the opposite sex, especially with people you do not know about. Its very important to see the person up close to know what he is like. A relationship that is not on a personal level is not the same experience or safety of actually knowing him. I would be careful around people you have met off the internet etc.

I think it's great that he's coming in person, and that your mom is involved. Moms always do embarrising things - so don't worry, his mom probably does stuff that embarrasses him too. (Like send his photos out!) It is important to meet in person and see how you get along in person, not just over the phone/email. So don't worry, good luck, and have a great time!

I'm with your mom on that see doesn't approve. Have you meet his mom? if yes it COULD BE ANYBODY!!! IT could be his friends or a stanger he paid! How do you know those photos hes giving you ARE REALLY HIM??? "Oh his mom gave it to me!" YEAH RIGHT it could be FAKE!!! ARE YOU THAT DUMD??? THINK BEFORE YOU DO !!! This guy might be a crazy, child molestin pedophile rapist!!! DON't invite him to your sweet 16! You dont know whats he going to do. He could kidnap you!
