I think believers in Christ know that they sometimes stumble in life. However, they also know that they are forgiven for messing up. Are you living the best you can or is their room for a little more God?

And by the way. I think I could do a lot better!

Anyone says they don't have room to do a little better is only fooling themselves. We all are imperfect, but when we follow Jesus, that's okay. He will accept us and love us as we try a little harder every day to be more like Him. That's the whole point, really. If we weren't stumbling and imperfect, we wouldn't need His sacrifice for us to return to God. So, yeah, I think I'm living the best I can, but I also know that every day I can try a little harder, and any time that I fall, I can repent because of Jesus Christ. What a gift!

Sin is "missing the mark". The standard God judges by is perfection, i.e., His son.

To be living the absolute best I can would be at every moment of the day, surrendering my will, not looking first to what I want, etc. I can't keep this up 24/7, I just can't.

Thank God I've got a savior!
