the smell of lavender is a sleeping aide so unless you are trying to put her to sleep use vanilla

Lavender definitely...it's much more relaxing and calm and not too strong. It creates kind of a sensual environment...that's why they use it in alot of night time baby lotions and in some teas when it comes to the need to relax.
