In 5 words or less: Decrease input, increase output. 1-2 pounds per week max. is healthy. There may be diets, programmes, supplements out there that may promise greater losses, BUT the best case scenario is that they are a scam and you lose your money. If they actually work, they probably achieve their goal(s) by making you pee your brains out or crap your brains out, neither of which are healthy. Also, if you lose a lot of weight too quickly, most of it, unfortunately will probably be muscle rather than fat, which is NOT something you want to do. 1) Cut back on how much you eat, 2) ensure what you do eat is healthy, 3) start a training or work-out routine - include some cardio and some weight-training (but don't do the weights and cardio on the same day). But before you do any of this, see your GP.

eat less.Is best in the morning you drink a up of hot chocolate or milk and eat a slice of empty bread. In the afternoon, you eat either rice or mee and at night don't eat anything because you will be sleeping after all.If possible don't eat fast food because is full of fat!

Exercising is also a best thing. Why not walking on foot instead of riding a car or a bus? Going to a gym and learning yoga is also best to loose weight.

Drink more chinese or japanese tea.Trust me,it can wash of your fat in your body.

But just remember that, balance your eating and exercise. Because if you eat more and exercise more, you won't lose weight. Try to eat less and exercise more, you will lose a lot of weight.

The best way to lose weight is to exersize even if it's only walking for a half mile each day, and to eat healthy, it's ok to eat some junk food, but try to do small things like grill burgers rather than going to mcdonalds, or using whole weat buns, instead of white, for more suggestions ask your doctor.

I got this advice from a trainer in LA. The keys to slimming down for your amazing summer beach bod (starting with the most important):

1. eat right (not just fewer calories, but healthy foods. eat lots of greens and good protein; everything else in moderation)
2. get plenty of sleep. If you don't sleep enough, your body thinks it's in emergency mode and will pack on the (fat) pounds.
3. exercise. I'm not saying that exercise isn't important, but if you're choosing between spending time exercising or sleeping, choose sleep. Then again, exercise is important for other aspects of health, but you're asking about losing weight.

Eat better food. If you start starving yourself your body will go into survival mode and store more fat when you do eat. Cause it thinks it needs to prepare for no food. You need to eat good food (veggies, anything with protein, lots of water, unsalted nuts, cheese, no breads) all througout the day to keep your body burning fat. Stop eating at 7:00pm. Do this plus working out for 45min a day and you'll shed fat very fast. When you work out, work out just enough to get your lungs working, but not working hard. Like you're walking up a really long hill. This tricks your body into burning fat, instead of muscle (which is when you go too hard).
When you eat throughout the day, just eat till your not hungry, and eat when you are hungry. These are NOT meals. Kind of like large healthy snacks.
To simplify it.... your body has a certain amount of calories a day to burn. Lets say you have 5,000, and walking down the street for a few blocks burns 75. You need to use up that pool of calories, or it goes into the fat reserve for later use. You can do that by eating foods with less calories, or working out, or both. Working out helps to build muscle, which burns calories even when you're not doing anything. Muscles are hungry for calories.
Wow, this is long. Hope this helps and doesn't confuse you.

Eat 6 small meals per day, balanced 50-50 protein and carbs, add a small salad to two of those meals. Drink at least two cups of water with each meal. Alternate cardio and weight-training every other day (preferably in the mornings). This will help you to build muscle. Muscle is a fat burner that revs up your metabolism, and it takes up less space than fat so you'll look much more svelte.

Sensible exercise and diet. The diabetic diet is the best--it follows the food pyramid, but spreads it out as three small meals and three snacks, so you don't feel hungry all the time, you're eating what you should be eating, and your blood sugar levels aren't fluctuating all over the place. That means you keep producing insulin normally, and at a consistant level, so you are constantly processing the food you eat.

Eat healthy. Less fat, more protien and fiber. Don't eat foods that just give you calories but no nutrition. Try to get exercise on most days for at least 30 min. And try to walk more for instance if you go to the park try not to take short cuts but find longer ways. Just try to move more. Pick up a hobby that has more movement in it.
stuff like that

Try shakes like Slim Fast, and walk around your block in the morning or evening every day for 30 days. Don't have a food-stuffed pantry or fridge all the time. This will work! Let me know what happens after the 30 days!
