Do you think it's possible that liberalism is at least partly an inherited mental disorder?

After all, many other mental problems such as susceptibility to depression or schizophrenia are at least partially inherited.

I agree but not like a mental disorder. People are born with and can inherent different temperments. Liberalism might be associated with that... if you make a bit of a stretch.

No, it's more a matter of nurture rather than nature.
