i am a very active an healthy guy. i work out 3-4 times a week and have a muscular, very fit body. i literally dont have any fat except under my chin. im very cut in every area and cannot figure out why i have this. it is especially noticeable in pictures. i look at certain people and they have that skin tight face and that is what i desire. what am i doing wrong here? im 29 and have always worked out. the only thing i can think of is i have a chase on my couch and i slouch down in it to watch tv so my chin is kinda pressed down on my chest a little. surely this cant be why, is it? am i eating the wrong foods or what foods should i eat/avoid? also, i dont do cardio (just weights) and im sure this would work some too but im kind of confused why no other part of my body has fat. im 200-205 lbs, 6'4. just trying to give the most info here. Thanks!

I am against this 99% of the time...but with years of working out and eating right...if there is some small part of a person's body that bothers them alot and cannot change except thru surgery....then I say get the surgery. After all, its YOUR body, your decision.

I don't like to see people do it who are lazy, eat poorly, etc because the results won't stick....but that is not the case here.
If you are 29, you can surely afford a few thousand bucks for the surgery...and, it may be something you end up really really happy about.
Its worth at least looking into...

Do mouth exercises. Pleasing your woman orally would be a good work out I think. :)

Neckercises. Google it, I think it was Men's Health that had something on it.
