Well, you wouldn't be healthy if you ate any one thing everyday. You need a variety of nutrients and vitamins and minerals. The food pyramid is an example of the various things we should try to eat. If you want to lose weight, try consulting a nutritionist or even your doctor. It can be done in a healthy way without starving yourself.

Yes. Cream Of Wheat is wheat, and wheat is a grain. Whole Grains are good for you! Have you ever tried Cream Of The West? It's great, too- as are Mapo and Multle Meal With Brown Sugar.

No way, you'll be in the bathroom a lot as well. Try salad if you need a diet. Save the cream of wheat for breakfast.
