Neither of those are and I don't support" criminal invaders" I support human beings in trying to better themselves. Do you support criminals that are legally here?

Absolutely I would still support the illegal invaders. The United States only benefits from them. I support the underground economy, too. I don't think it's a badge of honor, as the present movement believes it to be all of a sudden, to let governments at all levels confiscate my money for needless expenditures.
Since I have to pay taxes, I'd rather the money go to help an illegal alien get his family out of squalor instead of keeping the government-a-holics living high on the hog with 20 year retirement at double pay, etc.
The overused phrase is "Get a job!" At least the illegals do!
Some people have as much a problem with the hypothetical as they do persons of a race and class different than their own!
(Racism under the guise of "law and order" is NOT honor...that was the same excuse folks used to justify slavery and its aftermath.)

It's not that I support " criminal invaders" as you called them, but put yourself in their shoes. If you had a chance to better the lives of your family, you would do it. Even if that meant taking the chance to die in some desert or be killed by the very same person who promised to take you across the border. As long as illegals aren't trafficing drugs and are working to provide for their families, I think they should be left alone.

Yes I would still support them. But only the ones that are here to better their lives. My parents were illegals,my husband was an illegal,so what? Now they are law abiding citizens. My parents own two houses in the same town, and my husband has his own welding company.Proves that not all illegals are here to mooch off the U.S..

Well, they're not illegals and just because we support those trying to better their lives doesn't mean that we are emotionally invested in them, in the sense that they aren't physically in our lives. And our nation already supports criminals, such as Tom DeLay, Jack Abramoff, Karl Rove so I guess its okay if they lead us...

I think what your asking is, if everyone in your family was illegal except you, would you deport them?
You know someone in that position is powerless to enforce the law, that's why we have those institutions to enforce our laws.

Hypotheticals are very difficult to answer. We all have our opinions and answers when it is not happening to us.
