What the hell is wrong with people. Is that a serious question? If a mute child curses, then he obviously isnt mute, unless he does it in Sign language, which I am fluent in, I have many hearing impaired friends, and so to answer your question, no. They aren't taught those words. Unlike the hearing world, they have to be shown the sign for a swear word, and they most likely wont see it.

A mute child wouldn't curse b/c a mute person is unable to speak.
Maybe I don't get it....I think I have blonde rootes somehwere.

Sorry, but that's in ill taste. If you have a serious question, then go ahead, ask. But, what about the people who are reading the questions who have a mute in their family or are one themselves. How does that make them feel?

that is mean, i work with deaf children, its true that they occasionally curse (the older teenage children) but that is a crule joke. i take severe offense. and if they are just mute (unable to speak, yet they can still hear) i simple repremand would have been acceptable..
