Being Hypoglycemic, it is the opposite of being Diabetic. Being hypoglycemic can lead to being diabetic.

Food addition. Poor eating habits. No self control. Theres a million reasons. Pick a diet (weight watchers) and stick to it. They all work if you stick to them and exercise and drink water. Good Luck

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
