Find a song you can sing, and do it.
Make it as cheerful a song as possible.
Or go to www.rd.com and look in the games and jokes section and have a good laugh.
If your lowness is more than temporary, it might be a result of a blood sugar imbalance.
There is some basic information on blood sugar imbalances on www.hufa.org.
Best wishes.

Listening to music / singing a long cheers me up sometimes, talking to my friends helps as well and buying stuff does too (though constant buying stuff to be happy is a problem itself). Um.. what else? Watch a comedy like a Sitcom (Scrubs or old friends episodes recommended) or if none of this works just do something really crazy like running down the street dressed as a bunny rabbit (want to try that one, but haven't yet).

Hi there
Well there is a holiday web site I know with a link to the funniest airport prank ever. Had collegues and me at work falling on the floor laughing
Go to www.seekholidays.com
At the bottom right corner they have 2 links both are fantastic
One plays pranks in airport lounge
The other is really incredible street art that just has to be seen
If that dont make you happy enough try a night out with me painting the town red! :p

Yes there are movies to change your moods. Try that first then when you go to bed remember that you have some expectations for love and sex that are in error. Start to change these expectations by reexamining their sources. As your beliefs are modified and become more in tune with reality then your brain will be nicer to you and will not make the pain called depression. Cheers for now anyhow.

Yes definately you should buy a (spiritual)self-healing book that tells you all of the benefits of freeing the mind of all burdens, weather it be the lack of money, unhappiness, resentment or any of the unfortunate feelings we human beings tend to get.I know because i'm 27 years old and my hole life has been one sad story and it is only now that i can see light at the end of the tunnel.I hope this has been some help for you!

I can sympathise with you. I'm not entirely sure what the answer is but I believe one solution is to change one's lifestyle. Do something different. Maybe join a club, meet new people, do something you've never done before, visit a new place etc. Motivation is the key and I know it's very difficult to get motivated when you're down, but keep your chip up.

you're in good company. We're a bunch of misery guts in this place (apart from a few hyperactive lowbrows). The good news is that it gets better. Not always quickly, but it does.
But why are you feeling low? Ask another one and tell us a bit more.

Nothing cheers you up like a nice chat with a friend. A problem shared is a problem halved so they say.
