Hold down the ctrl key and turn your mouse scoll wheel!

Hold or and scroll the wheel backwards for bigger text, and forwards for smaller text. Or change your resilution (not recomended if res over 800x600)

ON your internet browser screen, Which I assume is interenet explorer, as I have this and know it well,

You will open IE , Top menu click on 'View'

The drop down menu wil have something that says "text Size"

There you can fix it from smaller to bigger. :)
