I have put three listings and nothing yet. How long it takes to get the loan? Do I have to change of group?

Alot depends on where you live. If you live in a low interest state, you may have trouble getting funded.

Also, has your group leader made any comments on how well your loan listing is written, how it can be improved etc and doing everything he/she can to vet you? If not, I would suggest finding another group to belong to.

They have a forum on the site where people talk about loans, writing listings etc., check out some of the threads.

It all depends on what your credit rating is and what interest you are setting your loan at. No one is going to give you a personal loan if you have a crappy credit rating and you are requesting for a low interest rate. Your interest should be directly related to your credit rating. Belonging to a very established group helps as well.

what kind of loan are you trying to get personal or mortgage. It would probably make a difference.
