that's a great question. I think we (us non smokers) should figure out a way to save it up and give it back to you! LOL

Fair point, if you smoke in a pub others should make a contribution. Of course the anti smoking zealots would probably refuse to breath. Silly me, I doubt that they even go into pubs because they probably don't drink alcohol either.

Ok np, just give me a list of all the places you have lit up in and I will check it against my diary to see if I might have been breathing the same air. Do't forget to include your bank details so I can transfer the money.
.... this reminds me of the times when my aunt and uncle were going through a poor time, she gave up smoking and every time he lit up a cigarette she would sit in front of him, he blew the smoke in her face so she could inhale. Now that was a moneysaver!

Now come on Daz; stop being silly...Nobody forced you to light your cigs, so how can you expect people to pay for some thing many of them probably didn't want in the first place? Instead, why
not rent out the air around you or charge viewing fees to those lucky enough to bask in your presence?

I'm a smoker so I prefer to get my smoke first-hand instead of second hand, so I don't feel cheated. But I will send you money, after you pay me for using up my air, because it seems that you and your "missus" seem to be wasting the sh!t!!

It really depends on where you live. I personally live in the legally lenient state of Michigan. You could fight either way. You could argue that technically, you paid for the entire cigarette and deserve each molecule of it, however, the defendant(s) could argue that second-hand smoke is comprised of chemicals that are not meant to be directly inhaled.

If you can then get ready for my counter suit for your assault on my person with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, IE your second hand smoke you can keep it all for me , why not try smoking while wearing a divers helmet then you can breathe it as many times as you want and i don't have to be an unwilling partner in your suicide pact.

That's not funny at all, people die from second-hand smoke, I guess you enjoy the pain and suffering of others. Maybe you can trade your life for someone who is dying from second-hand smoke, fair is fair, Idiot

I agree. I pay $7 a pack, and all these moochers get to smoke for free. It's really terrible.
