I'm want to move out because my mom and i don't get along. so i want to know how old do you have to be to move out in the state of texas?

17 is "legal" in Texas.

My dear friend and her 15 yr old daughter do not get along. The daughter moved in with her 20 yr old boyfriend 3 months ago, with mom's blessing. Not saying it was the right thing. But I suppose its legal at any age, as long as the parent agrees. If not, 17.

Probably 18. Call the Family Services for the State of Texas or another agency who deals with family issues. If I were you, I'd perhaps rethink this. Make sure you have a good job, can support yourself, pay your health insurance, buy food....all that kind of stuff.
