personally, I cant stand the sports loving, overly manly type. Yet im not attracted to metrosexuals. I usually like the guys who are just somewhere in between. lol

a healthy interest in sports is desired, but not a gotta see every game, kid broke his ankle next to me and i didn't notice obsession. we like a guy thats put together well, no matter what he wears, clean nails and has chosen a hairstyle...not the one his mom gave him that he's never changed. smelling good is great too, but at the very least you shouldn't stink.
i like a smart man who thinks enough of himself and those people he's with to look neat and clean, but i also like a man that can either fix something or build something. a healthy balance between roughneck and metrosexual is good. I DO NOT need a man to be my shopping buddy...thats what the girls are for.

Well, It is always a matter of "to each his own" but in my case NO! I want a MAN! There is nothing comforting about a BOY that is just as afraid as I am! And shows it! Which is the big problem, because I am sure men are afraid of some of the same things as women, but they dont show it! But back to the matter at hand! No I dont want a "Metro" guy! I want a MAN!

Look at fonzy off of happy days he was metrosexual before it was even called that. Girls like guys with style and character. acctually its prolly better you don't like sports because women get frustrated when guys choose all that guy crap over them. You will have more in common with a girl your looks being that important. A girl should like you for who you are not for who you petend to be.

Depends on the girl. Some women love sports and cars, some don't. Some like well groomed, some don't. It's all a matter of taste. Just be yourself. You'll find that special someone.

No metrosexuals for me... I prefer a guy who is into sports, and must be masculine.. Ofcoarse he must care about physical appearance, but it's too much if he uses moose, or different hair products... I don't even use a lot of hair products.. lol

To each his own - I personally have had all types of boyfriends and although they had some similarities they were all unique. My current boyfriend doesn't like sports except for Martial arts--he likes clothes and keeps in shape and generally cares about what he wears . He is very masculine and puts me first (or at least equal to his needs /wants). Isn't that really what we all want. A guy ( or girl) that cares about you , himself and others?!!!

Metrosexuals suck! I don't want a guy to be more involved with himself than he is with me and doing other things. On the other hand...I don't want some masculine gorilla either. A good balance is the best.
