If the 22 year old girl wants to be with him , even if its just for sex I don't see the problem. Perhaps you should stay out of your friends business.. Just my two cents..
Now on the other hand since you messaged me and told me that they have been together only for 5 weeks that changes eveything!. Even if they were the same age, 5 weeks is just WAY TO SOON!...

I'm 40 and my wife just turned 24.
we got together when she was 18 and got married
whine she turned 19,
5 years and still going strong.2 girls 3 yo& 1yo,
age to us is a number.my first wife and only wife.
16 years older.
