Key Lime Pie Martini
If you like Key Lime Pie, or if you haven't and the name just sounds intreaguing, you have got to try this martini. The really interesting aspect is the graham cracker rim which soothes the intensity of the flavors of the drink.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime cordial
1/2 lime
crushed graham crackers for rimming
PREPARATION:
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with finely crushed graham crackers.
Pour the vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice and lime cordial into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Squeeze the juice from the lime into the shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into the cocktail glass.
SKYY Melon Cucumber-tini
Surprisingly, melons and cucumbers combine well for a unique flavor and aroma. One of my favorite candle scents has been cucumber-melon for a long time and now this is one of my favorite melon-flavored vodka cocktails.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz SKYY Melon vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
fresh cucumber
PREPARATION:
Muddle a few slices of cucumber over ice in a mixing glass.
Pour the muddled cucumber, vodka and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
SKYY Orange Jaxx
YUM! For the cinnamon liqueur I like to use the best: Goldschläger. If you learn how to pour it just right, some of those gold flakes will come out in that splash and add a little sparkle to your drink. I also prefer to shake this cocktail and then serve it on the rocks although I have also seen it stirrred or simply built right in the glass.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz SKYY Orange vodka
1 oz Apple Pucker
small splash of cinnamon liqueur
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.

THIS IS THE BEST!
You will need Vanilla Vodka, Grenadine and pineapple juice. Oh and a blender.
Mix equal parts of the Vodka and Grenadine then add the pineapple juice (about 1oz juice to each 2 oz of Vodka).
Blend with ice and it tastes just like a pineapple upside down cake. The best drink I have EVER had.

I use Crystal Light, 'cause I can't afford the extra calories, but pick a lemonade of your choice. Add vodka to the lemonade (I usually use a 1:4 ratio, much like you would with a margarita mix) and freeze. The vodka will keep it from completely freezing, so you'll end up with a nice cold slushy drink!

Sex on the Beach. It's not terribly unique, but they are tasty. I also love cranberry and vodka. Great combo.
Another great one is V8 Splash (i prefer the berry) and Vodka.... that goes down super smooth and is easy to make.
