I don't have any Italian dressing. I have a greek vinegrette and a baslamic vinegrette. Do you think one of these will work just as well as the Italian?

The Greek Vinegrette sounds yummy.

I have actually used basalmic vinegrette in my pasta salad and I thought that it was pretty darn good. I am sure that either one would work well. Just use the one that you like the flavor of the most.

I think either would work fine. They're both vinegar and oil dressings, like Italian. The difference is going to be in the spices used. I would think the balsamic would be a little sharper tasting & the greek probably has a little parmesan or feta cheese in it.

Either one would be fine, although I'd lean towards the balsamic.
