Any US medical school will require you to take a year of organic chemistry. Likewise, organic chemistry questions appear in the biological science section of the MCAT. So there are two great reasons to take organic chemistry.

You MUST take a year of organic chemistry. It is a requirement for any medical school in the US. you must also take a year of physics, biology, and inorganic chemistry.
Good luck.

I would take Biology if I was about to go into Medical School. It is much better for the type of stuff you will be transferring into, depending on what kind of doctor you want to be.

You will have to take ochem at some point. Might as well do it now.

If you like chemistry, its really easy, so don't worry.
