Yes. Don't sow until late May/June and water regularly, sow consectutively every 2 weeks.

mine is like that. nothing grows. i sowed my plants in early march, still no sign of anything. partner and i grew tomato in 2 sepeart pots. both same size. mine hasnt even started to grow yet. his one, tomatoes just coming up
