My friend and her husband are taking phentermine, she lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks, a total of 26 in 2 months. Her husband lost 13 pounds in the first 2 weeks. The first day she did feel really shaky, but that was it. She hasn't complain about any side effects, the only thing is that you can't drink any caffeine, she did once, and she felt REALLY sick.

I've been on Phentermine since May, 23, 2006. I have had few side affects, most of which went away shortly after starting it. I was VERY irritable and kind of jittery , but now I'm doing pretty good, except I have yo make myself eat or I get weak feeling.

yes i did it for ages on and off. yes it made me lose weight, a lot of weight. BUT.. the side effects are really too bad to do it. some of the effects i had..
bad come down
spots
mood swings
lack of energy
bad hair
bad nails
dizzy spells
bad memory
bags under eyes
weight gain when stopped
and big fallen out with the family!! totally not worth it. go to weight watchers like i did in the end. lost two stone, feel great and look even better!! good luck.

Always have vegetables on hand. Saute a big bag associated with frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor along with separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

I did it before I got pregnant and it really worked, the problem is that now I'm gaining weight like crazy, I don't know if is only me but that's what happened
