If I overindulge, I always start the next day with lots of water, a couple of aspirin and a little caffeine. By the time I'm out of the shower, the combination has kicked in and I'm feeling at least 75% better. And for some reason, I want greasy food like hash browns.

Hang overs stem of a dehydration of the body. Alcohol has a tendency to do that. Drink plenty of fluids such as juice, or water. Stay away from pop, as that only makes it worse. Pop some Bayer or Tylenol (Stay away from aceteminephan, as it can cause damage to the liver), and time will do the rest. Lay down, and just relax.

Here is Russian hangover remedy ;)
1. Pickles and marinade from a jar with pickles (sounds nasty but it works). or
2. A few bottles of Perrier (mineral water) or
3. Kefir (you can find it in the nearest Publix, it's something like sour cream yogurt)
Some people prefer a bottle of beer but I think it's a bit much of being drunk for 2 days (but it also helps).
Good luck!
P.S. From Russia with love ;)

Crack open a beer and chug it. You will be amazed how good you feel. I tend to just keep drinking though...and then i'm in the same boat again. I've always heard that you can put lemons in your armpits and that will cure a hangover. I never wanted to go to the trouble of finding a lemon though so i've never tried it. Go to the store and get a "Life Water". those alway make me feel better!

Argentines never get drunk, we add half water and half wine to our glass. Then again what is the point of drinking a lot if not to get hammered. Maybe to avoid hang overs.

Drink some kind of smoothie. My favorite is a strawberry banana smoothie. The mix between the thickness coating your stomach and the sugar waking you up makes you feel a lot better!

You can go to the ER and ask for a Vitamin B12 shot. Most hospitals only charge $20 or so and it gets you good again... Or eat greasy food...

Like hung-over?? Well, a hang-over is a case of dehydration, all you need to do is take lots of fluids with no sugar. And plenty of sleep, and maybe some soup.

I've heard lots of water, and if you have a grandparent who has an oxygen bottle, get it and take in copious amounts. Supposedly, this rids a hangover completely in just a matter of minutes.
