smaller breeds tend to have no more than about 4 pups, although i never owned a chihuahua. My cocker spaniel had 8 on time. that is rare.

these little dogs should only have one pup at a time. if there's two,,there's usually a problem with one of them. and hopefully you or any one else cares about their dogs enough that when you allow her to make..its with a dog the same size or SMALLER. puppies too large will kill the chihuahua....
