there is a mean librarian here at my local library she takes the pages of the printer so i can't print she only lets me b on the computer for 1 hour when its a 3 hour time limit!! She hates me she talks about me behind my back last time i heard her she said i hate that dirty mexican!! it rude!! i think. what should i do?

Write a letter to the Board of trustees or give me that heifer's phone number and name. I'll talk to her. I shouldn't have called her that, but this angers me. I'm a former librarian and if she didn't want to work with the public, she should have kept strutting past that PUBLIC library sign. Oooh. For real, give me the number and her name. Don't worry. I will not threaten or harm her, just remind her of her, how should I say, Librarians' Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.

If you have a library card and are a resident of the city where you're using the library (thereby having a right to be there), find out who her boss is, and let them know. The taxes you pay are her salary. Your taxes bought the books, the computer, the printer, etc. If you are a taxpayer in that city, you have every right to be angry.
If you are not a taxpayer in that community, then it could be that her bad attitude is caused because you're taking valuable resources from the people who did pay for the equipment, and therefore bought everything that you are using, and you should be thankful for the one hour.
