For example: a car rushes in front of you, but you change lanes quick enough to avoid the collision. Should the car who caused this, stop or continue driving?

Since there was no collision, there is no need to stop and exchange information. Stopping could just lead to an un-needed confrontation.

If there is no collision, there's no point to stopping -- and the mere fact of stopping in traffic might cause someone else to have a collision. The person who almost caused the accident isn't going to come back to apologize to you. And they certainly aren't going to rush back to have you tell them off for being such a bad driver.
Best thing to do is say, "Thank you, God" keep driving, and be doubly vigilant, because driving skills seem to be getting worse.

continue driving, you can't claim insurance for *almost* having an accident! There are no guarantees in driving and it is a risk each time you get behind the wheel. Move on in life and get over it.

If there is no accident, there is no reason to do anything. Just don't get mad.
