Ignore "crackotage's" reply and pay attention to "call me AL". Your BMI is the key here. You are on the low end of normal. You may want to have your lean body mass measured to see how much fat weight and how much muscle weight you are carrying. Most gyms/fitness centers offer this service.
My question to you is 'how healthy is your body image?' Clearly your body looks slender at 5'5 and only 120lbs. What do you see when you look in the mirror? If it isn't healthy, please talk with someone you trust who can steer you in the right direction.

Nope, I would say you are a good, healthy boy. I weigh more than you and I am only 5' 0". But I am very curvy.
