To get the keyword to get on Isla Culebra stick the ends of the key on crow peak, then rotate in around clock wise to the following locations (all rocks)

Put them together and you get Huracan.

The key to answering the puzzle on the island is all about the timing and counting. If you have a stop watch, this would be a good time to use it.

What you have to do is count the number of time the lightning strikes the Earth, and then the number of seconds between that strike and the thunder that follows.

The number of strikes is the coordinate, the time it takes for the thunder tells us the position. There are ten strikes, and the can take up between 1 and 10 seconds.

The first number is the number in which the lightning strikes appear

The second number is the number of strikes (coordinate)

The third number is the seconds that the thunder takes to sound (position)

2 - W,10 (rather than counting the strike, look at the pattern, it looks like a W)

5 - 6,7
6 - 5,4
7 - 7,6

This had me puzzled too.. but searchingforwildflowers.. First you see what shape the lightning is i.e. the first one looked like a "1" and it took 1 second for the next lightning figure to appear .. next shape looked like a "W" and it took 10 seconds for the next lighting figure to appear soo this is how it would look. The # of seconds tells you what place you label the Coordinate #.
