12 year old girl to be with a 10 year old guy???
And this only goes for those who believe in kids/teens having bfs gfs so dont be annoying by saying i am too young b/c I dont think that I am.

Well, that's a hard one. I do believe that a 12 year old and a 10 year old have more important things to worry about than that. My daughter is almost 10 and that is the last thing I want her thinking about. But, for future reference...give it about 3-4 years, then, no...now a days, I think that the rule of dating only older men, has expired. My ex-husband was a year and 1/2 younger than me (maybe why he's my ex, I don't know) but my fiance' is also a year younger than me. So, don't worry about it in the future, but right now...focus on other things. Like school and your future. Please. There are way too many teen pregnancies. Don't become a statistic.

I think its okay if u where 16 n da guy was 14 almost anybody would say oh how cool.. But since ur 12 n his 10 of course people are going to say ur to small. Girl u do what u want. It shouldn 't matter what other have to say. If u both feel something 4 eachother then go a head. Cause life is to short ... LIv3 it to da extrem.. i think you are too young to be dating. i figured when you said young love it would be a 15 year old. 12 and 10 year olds don't know what love is. it is just a crush. when i was 12 i don't even think i liked boys. i am 22 have a husband and still think i am too young for love. you have your whole like ahead of you. have fun be a kid. there is nothing wrong with it. before you know it you will be an adult and then you will want to act like a kid but you won't be able to anymore. believe me. i know what i am talking about.

It would be so funny to watch them going on "a date" and act like the adults.... So cute too!! They can love each other in the innocent way. But if the relationship becomes no longer "cute" but "strange" then it should stop.
If you start to feel strange in this relationship, back out before you lose your innocence, not physically but mentally. Good luck!
Besides, I have my first bf when I was 7. And I turn out fine.

That's cool about the age difference.
I see the point you made at the bottom about being to young. If you only knew what people over the 30 know about life, love and relationships you wouldn't need a bf.

it's cute to think about that and sure having crushes is good/fun but don't let it be the only thing that concerns you to the point where you obsess over every detail of yourself trying to get a guy. you're 12, hold on to those days as long as you can, trust me when you're 17 you'll wish life was as simple as it was back then.

That is fine. You're both children. The relationship would be Platonic. You're too young for sexual realtionships, not for friendship or dating but you will have to have a an adult accompany you two , when you date.
