Does more cardio mean better results for fat loss?
Lets say I do intense cardio in the morning. Will doing light cardio throughout the day increase my results for fat loss, rather than doing just intense cardio?

And does too much cardio also burn muscles as well?

Succinctly, yes. Cardiovascular exercise with your heart rate in the target zone is the best way to burn fat.

Not necessarily. It has to be a combination of cardio, proper diet, and weight training to have lasting results without decreasing your energy levels ...

Eat 6 small meals per day, balanced 50-50 protein and carbs, add a small salad to two of those meals. Drink at least two cups of water with each meal. Alternate cardio and weight-training every other day (preferably in the mornings). This will help you to build muscle. Muscle is a fat burner that revs up your metabolism, and it takes up less space than fat so you'll look much more svelte.

Following this program diligently will help you to see amazing (and lasting) results in as little as three months.

Intensive cardio is way to go since that is what im using with success. I lost 58 lb this year. I exercise every day for about 1 hour very hard. There is a local mountain i hike at and run. Its the best exercise i have ever done and it burns your fat fast. Its amazing to look at your stomach and you can notice a difference ever 3-5 days it looks smaller :)
If you waight left and wanna be cut not big, then do lots of sets of small waights instead lifting heavy waights few times.

Cardio is good but if you add a weight lifting program you will see better results. You may not lose "weight" but you will be building more muscle mass so you will feel and look leaner and better

aerobic is fairly important for fat loss, yet weight training is merely as important. aerobic in user-friendly terms burns fat while you're doing aerobic, yet construction muscle can boost your metabolism allowing fat burning for the time of relax.
