i eat too much because must of the time i'm bored and i work late after midnight so i eat when i come back home and than i go to sleep, even if i'm to tiered and sleepy i eat a heavy meal. i never have the feeling that i ate enough i eat to finish my plate, and most of the time i poured another and another. i don't do any exercises because i work in an office from after noon , so i don't like to wake up early in the morning to do sport or walk ( i live in a town where there is nice views and trees and paths between nice garden ) but the problem is that i hate the sun light because i get sweat easly, and it burn my skin it become red specialy my nose, i like walking in the evening for couple of hours but i don't have time to do it because i work seven days a week because i work for my own, i know that i make excuses to not do exercises and not to eat healthy food with zero fat and low colories .i know that i need to do something fast to run up with my life again.actualy to have a life.

i know u can change ur life if u want!
u should want to lose weight ,if u dont want it ,and dont wanna do sth with it ,then its a waste of time being here and just asking. u just tell us urself that im busy with work from afternoon ,and ur lazy to wake up in the mornings to do something with ur health.
u wanna live longer .dont you? fat doesnt let u live a long healthy life. so plz strat doing sth with it.if u dont have a time to go to gym . go to nourishist and ask her to help u first!
then 1 hour a day plz go jogging in this view that u expressed .
our problem is,in any situation and condition we r not respectful and we dont appritiate, if i were in ur place i would 100 times a day thank God that i can see a nice view.nice garden everyday when i wake up and breath well , and go walking.
losing weight needs patience and a good diet &excersices.
so plz do it b4 sth threats ur health :)
start from now
and dont become tired and depressed in the middle!

Well, what you're saying is that you just don't want to do it.

You've got more excuses than extra kg - so stop worrying about it.

If it ever becomes important to you, it won't matter that you have to use sunscreen, or get sweaty, or wake up early, or follow a balanced diet.

But it's not important to you, now - you don't feel like it.

You're trying to figure out what you can do in the future. Get away from the computer and walk around the block.

Well,first of all u're not going to achieve anything without proper motivation.Motivation is the key to everything.You're not too old to change your way of life and your way of thinking.30 is a good age for changes.
One other important aspect is that you won't be able to do any exercise from one day to another without proper preparation.You need to get out more.After a meal,take a box of diet cereals,preferably rice,expanded rice,and serve it as dessert while taking a 30 min walk.The time for the walk can vary,and increase,first day,30 min,second day,40 minutes,third day fifty and so on.When u acheve 2 hrs,u can move on to another type of exercise:jogging,dancing aerobics,going to the gym and so on.And about the food,its simple: stop buying more food than u need in order to survive!

buy a bike and ride it 60 minutes EVERY DAY! It works! If u reduced your calories the result would be much more spectacular! Good luck!
