You could make a nice salad with fresh greens and tomatoes. Use a light vinagretee for your dressing.
For a starch, you could do baked potatoes or perhaps some a nice rice dish- like rice pilaf.
For wine (if you are a wine drinker), Sauvignon Blanc, Pino Grigio,
or a Riesling.

a dark green veggie would be good... steamed broccolli or aspargus with hollandaise sauce would be great! A loaf of hot french bread is a must with chicken cordon bleu also!

How about serving it with parmesan mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, and bell peppers), fresh salad of baby greens, and garlic bread. Try a lemon cheesecake for dessert.

Baked potatoes or scalloped potatoes are good. So is a long grain and wild rice blend. A vegetable such as green beans or broccoli and salad.

Or if you want something quick I serve it with Herb angel Hair Pasta. I think its rice-a-roni or Lipton has boxes of it at the grocery store.
