just cut down on it. don't cut it out completely cuz then you'll end up going on a binge and your body will absorb it even more. Just limit yourself daily. When you crave it, have a little and control your portions. Have a taste to satisfy your craving and then put it away. Usually cravings last for 15 mins or so, so if you still crave it after that, drink a big glass of water and after that if you still crave it, then just have enough to satisfy you. Like only eat half the chocolate bar or half the bag of chips (a small bag). It's all about self control.

Have your parents make an appointment with a doctor and a nutritionist. Probably even a psychiatrist. When we cannot control the junk food we eat, it is usually a sign that we are avoiding other issues. Are you being picked on at school? Sometimes without realizing it, you are eating the junk food as a way to soothe yourself from the feelings of humiliation. Once you start dealing with those issues, it will be a little easier to lay off the junk food.
You're not alone, sweetie. Many people older than you do respond to the bad things in life the very same way. Good luck. :)

The only way to lose weight is by lowering caloric intake and increasing calories burned. Get rid of the temptation... ask your parents not to buy anymore junk food. Eventually you will learn to like eating healthy foods, and will not miss the junk. It may seem hard, but that's just the way it is. There is no easy way of losing weight but it is simple.

Your eleven and on the Internet. Playing the game of the masses. What answer do you seek that are not of your parents? Of all the animals in the kingdom, man shelters its young for the most part of 17 years. That means you have 6 more years to go to seek the wisdom of your mother and father. Seek not the wisdom of others until you have mastered the training of the blood that bore you.

Learn some self-control. Ask your parents to buy less junk food. Its good that you can recognize that you are overweight and want to change that.

Ask your parent(s) to stop buying junk food for you. If you can't get that concession, ask them to buy you things like baby carrots, apples, pickles, and rice cakes. Nice crunchy things with fewer calories.

limit yourself - allow yourself to eat a certain amount of junkfood per day - for me, i eat salads and after my salad meal i eat a chocolate chip muffing or something sweet that I like - but that's it - i only allow myself one sweet/junk food per day - that way i stay happy and my weight doesn't go up
