I don't know about anyone else here but your disease got cut of... it says (with spaces included so I don't get cut off): p n e u m o n o u l t r a m i c r o s c o p i c s i l i c o...

well ultra is usually big, pneumono maybe has to do with the lungs (like pneumonia), microscopic is very small which leaves silioco which I have no clue what that can be. Is this a real thing?
