Aww poor baby! Your mom is doing the right thing with the deworming, but take the pup to the vet for a proper deworm. The over-the-counter stuff isn't as comprehensive as the prescription brands of dewormer. The vet can also do some bloodwork to make sure there isn't anything else going on with him.
Also, depending on his age, he might just still be growing. Great Pyrenese do get quite big (150 lbs or more) and it takes them a couple of years to get to their full weight. Until then they tend to look a little skinny. Just make sure you're giving him a premium brand puppy food (like Eukanuba, Nutro, or NutroMax). Large breed dogs should continue with puppy food until they are two years old.
But above all else, take that baby to the vet!

How long ago did she treat him?? He might still have them. What did she treat him with It might not have been strong enough, or it might not have been a big enough dosage. There are other reasons he could be not gaining weight. He might not be eating, he could know that something is wrong with him and he wants to end it. After you've made sure he doesn't have stomach worms still, you may want to take him to the vet to see if there is anything else wrong.

you may want to attempt increasing the quantity of nutrition you provide her. you may want to attempt giving her 4 scoops and verify her weight in per week. If she doesn't earnings something you ought to probably see a vet, fantastically if she lost weight.
