i am not sure but i think it would depend on the type of birds in your area. normally i see several types of birds as well as hummingbirds in my grandma's yard...all of them in perfect harmony. try to read up on the plants and diets of the birds you wish to attract that should help.

I think it might work the other way around. Hummingbirds are tough little guys that always seem to be fighting for position at the feeder. I have seen them chase each other away and wasps.

I have regular bird feeders by my hummingbird feeder and it seems OK. If you see that the hummingbirds are visiting less I would move it. Good luck!

I dangle my hummingbird feeders from the domicile. in case you position a blue fowl domicile up that is extra acceptable to placed them up with a 6 inch range pipe lower than them to save snakes and raccoons out. Bluebirds like it faraway from the trees and in open container on a pole. alongside a fence is likewise good. Blue birds have blue eggs in my fowl houses already this year so get your position up quickly.

no not usually hummers are so quick they usually evade any pestering birds. They are funny though when males fight, they buzz and screech at each other.
