I've tried Eharmony, Yahoo personals, etc, without any luck. It seems to be a waste of money and I'm wondering if anyone has ever had any luck with these services. I can count on one hand the responses I've had. Maybe it's just me.

I've used them - they seem to work just fine for me...I've dated three people thus far from them, and have several more that want to go out - but I am holding off because I want to see where things go with the guy I just started seeing. Try sprucing up your profile a little...you really have to "sell" yourself - sort of like you would on a resume or something. Hang in there! You also have to do your share in contacting people - you can't just wait for them to contact you. Happy dating!
