If you are in a relationship does age really matter?.......Im 25 and im bieng set up (by my mom) with a 40 year old.....do you think thats bad?.....I dont think age matters its how you click with the person....but im just curious to know how people feel on the subject...thanks.

Age should never matter, you should open yourself up to men from any age group. Society makes this age thing a problem when it really isn't. You just may find the man your looking for in a older man but you will never know until you experience it and open yourself up to dating older men. I'm the same age and I love older men, I always have. I see them no different because in my eyes they are just men that happen to be older than me. We all have someone were compatible with, but this person can be from any age group, young or older. That's why it's important to broaden your horizons were this is concerned. Go ahead and try it you just never know. Have fun!!!

For myself age is just a number. The media has put out there that dating someone that is older is taboo. People focus so much on the age factor that they don't see how the parties really love each other.
I myself am attracted to younger guys and see no problem with it.
It should really be about the character of the person and not there age.

At your age, the difference between you both shouldn't matter. My husband is 15 years older than me and we have been married for 40 years. It worked out just fine, and I love him more everyday..

I don't think age matters. I am a 23 year old guy and my wife is 21. Butmy girlfriend is 53. I don't see anything wrong with the age, as long as you care for each other, oh yea...don't tell my wife!

Age doesn't matter if you like the person you're with and as long as it isn't illegal. I mean 15 years isn't that bad, I mean when you were 3 he was graduating high school that's all.

I don't think age matters at all...once you get past a certain point. At 25 you are past that point, so, if you click with someone, it doesn't matter how old you are.

in your case I think it doesn't matter. 25 to 40 is suitable. (but one may ask : why your mom ? )
